| Ice cubes | |
| 2 | ounces amber rum |
| 1 ½ | ounces Caravella orangecello |
| Juice of ½ lime | |
| 1 | teaspoon superfine cane sugar |
| ½ | ounce simple syrup |
| 3 | ounces club soda, chilled |
| 1 | slice orange, for garnish |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry, for garnish |
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add rum, orangecello, lime juice, sugar, and simple syrup. Cover and shake until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is chilled. Pour the mixture into a tall, narrow Collins glass filled with ice. Add club soda, stir, and garnish the glass with a slice of orange and a cherry.
