Pumpkin Pie Dip
|1||8-ounce package cream cheese, softened|
|½||cup brown sugar, packed|
|1 ½||teaspoons orange juice|
|2||teaspoons ground cloves|
|whipped cream, for garnish|
|Nyaker Gingersnaps®, or other crisp ginger cookies, for dipping|
In the medium bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy. Add the canned pumpkin, brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and ground cloves. Whip until the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
Serve in a martini glass with a swirl of whipped cream. Use thin Nyaker Gingersnaps® as dippers.
