- Your privacy is important to Christy Rost. When you place an order, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, and email address in order to process and ship your purchase.
- Please be assured that we are committed to protecting your privacy whenever you browse or shop at christyrost.com. We do not rent, share, or exchange our customer’s email addresses, personal information, or mailing addresses with a third party. Should you wish to make a purchase of books or DVD’s, your information will be collected only to process your purchase.
- Purchases
- Purchases may be made for shipment within the continental U.S. only, at the shipping rates designated on the Shopping page. Your purchase will be handled with love and care, and every cookbook comes personally autographed by Christy Rost.
- For faster delivery, please select Priority Shipping via U.S. Priority Mail. Usual delivery time is 2-3 days.
- Returns
- If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please send it back within 2 months of the shipping date for a refund or an exchange. Reimbursement will be made by original payment method. Returns must be in their original condition and DVD’s must still be factory sealed. Autographed books may not be returned if they have been personalized with the shopper’s name or the gift recipient’s name. To cover shipping of returned items, the original cost of shipping & handling will be deducted from your refund. Exchanged items will incur an additional shipping charge.
- If your order arrives damaged by moisture or breakage incurred during transit, we will cheerfully replace your order. Please contact us via email or phone for a no-cost replacement.
