Orangecello Tom Collins

Ice cubes
2ounces amber rum
1 ½ounces Caravella orangecello
Juice of ½ lime
1teaspoon superfine cane sugar
½ounce simple syrup
3ounces club soda, chilled
1slice orange, for garnish
1Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add rum, orangecello, lime juice, sugar, and simple syrup. Cover and shake until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is chilled. Pour the mixture into a tall, narrow Collins glass filled with ice. Add club soda, stir, and garnish the glass with a slice of orange and a cherry.

Yield: 1 cocktail
