Passion Fruit Island Sunrise
|2 ½||ounces passion fruit nectar|
|1||ounce simple syrup|
|1||ounce Tuaca® Liqueur|
|1||ounce Appleton Estate® Jamaica Rum|
|½||ounce cranberry juice|
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour in the passion fruit nectar, simple syrup, Tuaca® Liqueur, rum, and cranberry juice. Cover and shake until the mixture is well chilled, then strain it into a tulip-shaped champagne glass. Garnish with a paper parasol, if desired.
