Peach Mango Froth
|3||ounces Torani® peach syrup|
|3||ounces Southern Comfort®|
|1||ounce mango nectar|
|1||ounce simple syrup|
|2||cups ice cubes|
|Slices of fresh peach or mango, for garnish|
Pour peach nectar, Southern Comfort, lemonade, mango nectar, and simple syrup into a blender. Add ice cubes, cover, and process until the mixture is thick and smooth. Add half-and-half, and process 30 seconds more until the mixture is very frothy. Pour into martini glasses or flutes and garnish with a slice of peach or mango, if desired.
Recipe makes 3 to 4 cocktails.
