Passion Fruit Island Sunrise| Christy Rost
- 2 1/2 ounces passion fruit nectar
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce Tuaca® Liqueur
- 1 ounce Appleton Estate® Jamaica Rum
- 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour in the passion fruit nectar, simple syrup, Tuaca® Liqueur, rum, and cranberry juice. Cover and shake until the mixture is well chilled, then strain it into a tulip-shaped champagne glass. Garnish with a paper parasol, if desired.
Recipe makes 1 cocktail.
