- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 ounce Courvoisier® cognac
- 1 ounce Torani® cherry syrup
- 1/2 ounce Stirrings® pomegranate martini syrup
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce cherry syrup, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Pour in orange juice, pineapple juice, cognac, cherry syrup, pomegranate syrup, and simple syrup. Cover and shake until chilled and well blended.
Pour the mixture into a wine glass and pour in the remaining cherry syrup to create a red “sunset” in the bottom of the glass.
Recipe makes 1 cocktail.
